Blackberry 9630 cannot send messages done by flashing

first just wipe after a week again cannot recieve and send messages

proceed to flashing

1.  Download Flashfile here (fill up lang kayo, then download firmware)

-install firmware
-delete vendor.xml (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader)

2. use cable micro usb
- run loader.exe
- insert unit without battery
- navigate until software promt reconnecting
- insert battery wait until done
